Comprehensive recycling program

We installed a dedicated collection point in each condominium for mixed recyclable materials, storing paper, plastic, metal, and glass—all in the same container, facilitating resident participation. Additionally, the program includes a collection point for used batteries, as well as a suitable container for the disposal of used cooking oil, preventing soil and water contamination. The simplicity of the structure is designed to maximize reuse and ensure that waste is properly sorted and recycled.

We know that infrastructure without information doesn't generate change. That's why we've developed educational materials, such as pamphlets and illustrative posters, that explain how to properly separate waste, what can and cannot be recycled, and the environmental impacts of small everyday actions. This initiative aims to transform habits through awareness, making recycling simple, accessible, and integrated into residents' routines.

Direct partnerships with building managers, property management companies, and collection companies, such as Ecourbis Ambiental, responsible for waste management in the city of São Paulo. We currently collaborate with several condominiums in the region, standardizing collection and training local managers. This systemic strategy allows us to implement consistent solutions.
